By accessing or using Inboxd ("the Service," "we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Inboxd is an AI-powered email assistance tool that generates suggested responses and other email-related content based on user input and available context. Inboxd does not send emails on your behalf unless explicitly authorized and does not guarantee accuracy, appropriateness, legality, or suitability of any generated content.

Inboxd does not provide legal, medical, financial, academic, or professional advice. Any content generated by the Service is provided for informational and drafting assistance purposes only.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and using any output before sending or relying on it. Inboxd revokes any liability behind any emails sent from our service — you are responsible for receiving, drafting, and sending your emails in an appropriate manner.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are fully responsible for all emails sent using or influenced by Inboxd
• You are responsible for verifying facts, tone, legality, and appropriateness
• Inboxd is not liable for consequences arising from emails you send
• You use the Service at your own risk

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or inappropriate
• The Service may misunderstand context, intent, or prior communications
• Inboxd makes no warranties regarding correctness or reliability
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inboxd and its founders, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in generated content
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of user data
• Any decisions made or actions taken based on Service output

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Inboxd in the preceding 12 months, or $0 CAD if no payment was made.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Inboxd from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Emails or content you send
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of any law or third-party rights

Inboxd processes email content solely to provide the Service. We do not guarantee data retention, security, or availability. You acknowledge that:

• No system is completely secure
• You use the Service at your own risk
• Inboxd is not responsible for data loss, breaches, or third-party access

Privacy practices are governed by our separate Privacy Policy.

You may not use Inboxd to:

• Send illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful content
• Harass, threaten, or defame others
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Circumvent safeguards or misuse the AI system

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our sole discretion.

Inboxd is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
